Bournemouth Central Beach
The main beach stretching from the pier is the heart of Bournemouth's seafront. Blue Flag awarded, it offers excellent facilities including lifeguards, beach huts, and water sports rentals. The beach gets busy in summer, but the soft golden sand and clear waters make it worth the crowds.
Boscombe Beach
Famous for its artificial surf reef, Boscombe is the go-to destination for surfers and bodyboarders. The renovated pier area features cafes and the Coastal Activity Park. It's less crowded than the main beach and has a more relaxed, bohemian atmosphere.
Durley Chine
A hidden gem between Bournemouth and Westbourne, Durley Chine offers a more secluded beach experience. Popular with locals, it has good parking and facilities without the crowds of the central beaches.
