Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us and the required deposit or full payment has been processed. Please review all details in your confirmation carefully.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for certain properties. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the guest. Please report any issues or damage upon arrival.
6. Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. Additional guests may incur extra charges or result in booking cancellation.
